Ronald Louis Rutschke, 75, who worked many years for Selover Buick, died Aug. 18, 2011.
He was born Dec. 22, 1935, in Baker, the son of Henry and Rose (Kessler) Rutschke. He had two brothers, Raymond and Melvin, and three sisters, Charlotte, MaryAnn and Judy. The family moved to Billings when he was a teenager.
On May 12, 1967, he married Geraldine Sharon Ostwalt. He was an auto body man for Selover Buick. In later years, Mr. and Mrs. Rutschke moved to property at Boyd.
He restored old cars and was a left-hand guitar player. He had recorded an album at the Palm Beach Club in Laurel.
Survivors include his wife; a son from a previous marriage, Randy Rutschke of Meeteetse, Wyo.; and two sisters, Charlotte of Billings and Judy of Phoenix, Ariz.
Services were Aug. 24 at East Gate Wesleyan Church, with interment in Yellowstone Valley Memorial Park. Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary had charge of arrangements.
