Ruth Ann Theis, 81, of Billings, formerly of Glendive, died Monday, Aug. 22, 2011, at The Vista, St. John’s Lutheran Ministries.

She was born in Glendive to Joseph and Suzanne Schindler on Dec. 30, 1929. She had six siblings.

She married Richard Theis on Sept. 15, 1951, in Glendive. She worked at Eastmont Center and First National Bank, both in Glendive.

Survivors include children, Susan Miller, Linda Asleson and Steven Theis, all of Billings, and Gary of Gillette, Wyo.; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at Dawson County Cemetery. Arrangements are by Cremation & Funeral Gallery.
