Robert “Bob” F. Williams, 73, of Billings, who spent most of his life in California, died at 3:59 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2011.

He was born Feb. 5, 1938, in Rochester, N.Y. He had spent the last 20 years in Billings and the last 14 years working for First Student Transportation.

He was a Jehovah’s Witness.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; a daughter, Monica Burklund; two granddaughters; and a great-grandson.

Services were Oct. 4 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Billings. Arrangements were by Cremation & Funeral Gallery.
