Leslie George Baxter, 67, who loved John Wayne movies, died Sept. 30, 2011, at his home in Billings.

He was born Feb. 11, 1944, in Bakersfield, Calif., the son of William L. and Barbara J. (Rockholt) Baxter. He had recently returned from his 47th high school reunion.

Survivors include his wife, Lestle; daughter, Bethany Keeler; sons, William and Lance Baxter; 11 grandchildren; and father, William Baxter.

No services were planned. Arrangements were in the care of Dahl Funeral Chapel.
