As a businessman, you must understand that the USA simply cannot continue borrowing $140,000,000 per hour just to keep the lights turned on. So when you talk about funding Big Bird, aren't you asking yourself if he/she is important enough to BORROW money to pay for? In the Crisp household, do you casually pull out the VISA card or do you wieigh the benefits of going into debt first ?]]></description>
