			<description><![CDATA[Ketti Wilhelm: Commissioner Molnar solicited cash gifts from corporations that appear before the PSC and ones that are regulated by the PSC. Mr Molnar has never submitted any receipts for how he used corporate gifts. His accuser subpoenaed one invoice from a vendor but that is the only link to money he picketed and deposited into his personal bank account. Further, he used materials from his "event" for his own campaign for reelection. Molnar was also found guilty of using state equipment for campaign purposes. Molnar has been found guilty by the Commissioner of Political Practices and by Yellowstone County District Court Judge Susan Watters. His fines and costs exceed $20,000 plus interest. Molnar is currently appealing his ethics convictions and losses to the Montana Supreme Court.]]></description>
