Beverly T. Neff, 88, who had won a National Samaritan Award, died Friday, Feb. 3, 2012.

Born in Westmont, Ill., to Myron D. Taylor and Margaret E. Heppner, she lived most of her life in Santa Rosa, Calif. For her service to others, she won the National Samaritan Award from Palm Drive Hospital in Santa Rosa.

In her final days, she had received care from Billings Clinic, RiverStone Home Healthcare and volunteers from Meals on Wheels.

Survivors include three children, Taylor Neff of Denver, Colo., Pamela O’Halloran of Dallas, Texas, and Julianne Okragly of Billings; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

At her request, no services were planned. Arrangements were by Cremation and Funeral Gallery.
