Nancy Rose McKernan, 58, whose greatest love was spending time with her six grandchildren, died Jan. 1, 2013.

She was born March 19, 1954, in Anaconda, the daughter of Vincent and Virginia (Ward) Conwell.

Survivors include her mother, Virginia Gale; daughters, Larissa Schleining and Kathleen Lang; a son, Matthew McKernan; six grandchildren; and siblings, Patrick Conwell, Christine Michaels and Georgia Gauron.

Services were held Jan. 5 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Anaconda. Arrangements were in the care of Dahl Funeral Chapel in Billings.
