Bill E. Russell, 77, of Billings, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013.

He was born Nov. 20, 1935, in Sheridan, Wyo., to Jasper and Mildred Russell.

Survivors include his wife, LaRella of Billings; sons, Mark Russell of Tooele, Utah, and Stewart Russell of Clancy; a daughter, Tracy Smith of Tooele; his mother, of Sheridan, Wyo.; brothers, Bob Russell of Kanab, Utah, and Jack and Don Russell of Dayton, Wyo.; a sister, Laine Gorgol of Cody, Wyo.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
