Ada Irene Graham Dede, 73, a homemaker and bookkeeper for her husband’s plumbing supply business, died Jan. 15, 2013.
She was born on Aug. 3, 1939, 15 minutes before her twin, Ida, to Tillman Arthur and Emma (Lorash) Graham in Hardin. She was one of nine children, and her mother died while giving birth when she was almost 2.
After the death of her mother, the family moved to Bridger. The family spent summers living in the Pryor Mountains at the top of Stockman Trail.
She was a cheerleader and homecoming queen at Bridger High School. She married Dick L. Dede on June 30, 1959, at American Lutheran Church in Billings.
She was a volunteer library aide at Boulder Elementary School, “lunch lady” at Taft Elementary and was involved in Cub Scouts, Brownies and Girl Scouts.
She had received care from St. Vincent Healthcare and from Rocky Mountain and RiverStone hospices.
Survivors include her husband; sons, Dick Dede Jr. and Michael Dede; daughter, Kathy Jurovich; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brothers, Cliff Graham and Paul Graham.
In accord with her wishes, no formal service will be held. Her family will gather this summer for a celebration of her life. Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary is assisting with arrangements.
