Lorraine L. Geiger Enberg, 68, who had been a greeter at the Alberta Bair Theater, died July 22, 2013.
She was born Dec. 11, 1944, in Pierre, S.D., to Joseph and Elsie Geiger. She lived in Murdo, S.D., until she was 7. Her family moved to Billings and finally settled in Lockwood in 1953, where she attended Lockwood School.
She worked at Rex Laundry and at St. Vincent Hospital. On Dec. 18, 1965, she married Emil Enberg and became a stay-at-home mom until her last child was born.
She worked for Hart-Albin Co. for 14 years until it caught on fire. She was a greeter at the Alberta Bair when it opened. She retired at an early age because of her health.
Survivors include a son, Monty Enberg; daughters, Tresa Stewart, Crystal West and Suzy Enberg; and six grandchildren.
Visitation was July 24 and will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 25. Vigil Service will be at 7 p.m. July 26 at Dahl Funeral Chapel. Services will be at 11 a.m. July 27 at St. Bernard Church with committal in Holy Cross Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at St. Bernard’s fellowship hall.
