Kenneth John Manke, 68, of Billings, who had owned the Mongolian Grill with his wife, died Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013.
He was born June 8, 1945, in St. Paul, Minn., the son of Carl and Florence Manke. He had two siblings. He served honorably in the Navy during the Vietnam War and was a member of American Legion Post 1.
He married Lee Dang, and they had lived in Vietnam, Iran and Saudi Arabia. After settling in Billings, they became the owners of the Mongolian Grill.
Survivors include his wife; sons, Jason of Billings and Thomas of San Diego, Calif.; three grandchildren; and a sister, Carla Kingsley of Walla Walla, Wash.
Visitation was Aug. 7 and services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, both at Cremation & Funeral Gallery. Inurnment with military honors will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at the Bonnievale Cemetery in Baker. Arrangements are by Cremation & Funeral Gallery.
