Norman David Larson, 86, of Billings, a retired sales representative for Five Star Manufacturing Co., died at home on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013.
He was born June 19, 1927, in Red Lodge to Sally and Gus Larson. He grew up in Livingston and graduated from Park County High School.
He entered the Navy in October 1948 and was honorably discharged on Feb. 13, 1950. After leaving the Navy he worked in Alaska for several years. He returned to Montana and married Bonnie Ann Yancey on Sept. 3, 1953. They moved to Billings, where he worked for Dixon Paper Co. before taking a job with Five Star Manufacturing Co. He worked there for 25 years and retired in 1982.
He played piano, organ and drums and was an avid animal lover.
Survivors include his wife; sons, David, Larry and Gary; six grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
In accord with his wishes, a private family service will be held and his ashes spread. Arrangements are by Cremation & Funeral Gallery.
