Peggy Ann Toavs, 79, who enjoyed crocheting and knitting, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013.
She was born Oct. 6, 1933, in Berryville, Ark., to Alva and Pauline Hackworth. After graduating from high school in Havre in 1951, she married Harry Arthur Toavs on July 3, 1951.
In addition to crocheting and knitting, she enjoyed gardening and playing whist and pinochle.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Petit of Lincoln, Calif.; a son, Dick Toavs of Filer, Idaho; a daughter, Debbie of Harlowton; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held later. Arrangements are by Cremation & Funeral Gallery.
