Philip Daniel Perkins, a technical adviser for Howden North America, died Feb. 21, 2013.
He was born in Billings to Lloyd and Madeline Perkins. He attended school in Custer, graduating from high school in 1975. He had a master of divinity degree from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary in Portland, Ore., and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Montana State University Bozeman.
On Sept. 18, 1999, he married Diana Kukes and gained a stepson and a stepdaughter. They lived in Billings until December 2013, when they moved to Shepherd.
He had worked as a union millwright and had been self-employed as a machinist, welder and painter.
Survivors include his wife, Diana; a stepson, Casey; a granddaughter; his father; and a brother, David.
Services were Feb. 26 at Dahl Funeral Chapel. A reception followed.
